Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us at info@jbeauty.ch within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Order number

We will resolve the issue promptly.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or card statement again

  • Then, contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)
