🛍️ Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Twint (for Swiss customers). All payments are securely processed through trusted gateways.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately at info@jbeauty.ch. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Yes! You can select gift options during checkout or purchase a digital gift card from our shop.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Switzerland and selected international destinations. More countries will be added soon.
  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping in Switzerland for orders over CHF 80.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us.

💄 Products & Ingredients

Yes. All our skincare products are formulated and manufactured in Japan, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity.

Yes. We do not test on animals, and we work with suppliers who uphold cruelty-free practices.

Most of our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.

No. We prioritize clean, minimal, and effective formulations—free from harmful chemicals.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Read our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

Email info@jbeauty.ch with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the return process.

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we’ll make it right.
